We are looking for a Student Assistant to work 15 hours per week in our Legal Department in Copenhagen.

IO Interactive offers a vibrant world of game development, as we navigate the production of two highly anticipated projects, the fresh James Bond narrative, Project 007, and Project Fantasy, an ambitious foray into the online fantasy genre. We are inviting a dedicated Legal Student Assistant to join us on the journey.

What you will do:

As a Student Assistant, your responsibilities will stretch across various legal dimensions of our company, offering a dynamic blend of tasks to keep you engaged. The role involves:

• Legal Support: Assist with review and commentary on commercial contracts and software licenses, and prepare drafts based on our templates.
• Record Management: Maintain an orderly system of company records and documents, such as contract templates, meeting minutes, and terms of use for our websites.
• Internal Communication: Participate in the coordination and planning of internal legal communications across different departments.
• Product Review: Conduct legal reviews of our game products to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Expect miscellaneous tasks from the Legal department, enhancing your adaptability and resourcefulness.

Who you are: 

• Linguistic Skills: You are proficient in English.
• Legal Knowledge: You are in the process of earning your Bachelor's or Master's degree in law and are comfortable with business law and legal practices.
• Interpersonal Skills: You possess the ability to connect with a diverse team and effectively communicate legal material to non-legal stakeholders.
• Independent Worker: You can work highly independently and are motivated to contribute to our diverse team.
