Our studio’s passion for creating immersive and high-quality gaming experiences drives everything we do. We are looking for an Associate Publishing Producer to support our production efforts across current and future projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Publishing Producer, IOI Release Management Team, as well as Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Development Team members to help keep milestones on track, facilitate communication, and contribute to the overall success of our games.

This is a permanent position based at our Barcelona studio, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.

What you will do:

• Create and update project and release plans
• Resolve cross-team dependencies
• Control and report on tasks progress
• Support the Senior Publishing Producer in delegated areas (such as Release Management, Localization, Player Support, QA)
• Stay in close touch with the team rest of the cross-functional team, including departments such as Release Management, Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Development.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations towards improving the team's day-to-day communication, rhythmics, and documentation practices.

Who you are:

• You have hands-on experience in the areas of video game content development, publishing, or live production.
• You are a strong communicator and an organizer, with an ability to both plan and execute.
• You have great knowledge of project management methods and tools.
• Experienced with such tools as JIRA & Confluence, and Trello.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
